The thicker string is designed for use with full metal yo-yos for string tricks, making it easier to shape for slack, laceration, and rejection tricks.
The moderate string weight makes it easy to control the string while it's in the air.
The string characteristics differ slightly depending on the color:
Yellow / Pink
The string moves quickly when laceration, whip, etc. Recommended for slack tricks with high momentum.
Pink / White.
The slack loop keeps its shape and flies slowly. Emphasis is placed on string control.
