Fury

Dale Tubat - Fury

An oversized, 3D-printed model.

This is an oversized, 3D-printed yo-yo made by Dale Tubat, who continues to release unique yo-yos using 3D printers. The first thing you notice when you pick it up is its size. With a diameter much larger than a normal yo-yo, its presence and impact when thrown are truly powerful. It is a model that will catch the eye of anyone looking for something different from the crowd.

The biggest point of the Fury is its "dual density" construction. Like a bimetal yo-yo, by using a heavier material for the outer rims and a lighter material for the rest of the body, the weight is concentrated toward the outside. Concentrating weight on the outside increases spinning power, so combined with its large diameter, it produces powerful spin that is hard to believe comes from a 3D-printed yo-yo. It gives you the confidence that it will keep spinning strongly all the way to the end of a long combo.

In the center, it also features a spot for "finger spins," where you spin the yo-yo on top of your finger. Because of its large body, the feeling of it spinning solidly on your fingertip is exceptional, and from there you can challenge tricks such as the tornado bind (DNA) using the string.
