This is a Teflon (PTFE) spacer designed for looping play. Because its coefficient of friction is much lower than that of conventional spacer materials, it gives a different feel when looping. It is slightly thicker than the stock spacer, so you can also sand it down with sandpaper or similar tools to adjust it.
