The Satellite is a devastatingly innovative new design from YoYoJoker, set to flip the off string world on its head. The core of the yo-yo is a standard metal body, but it's shrouded in a delrin sleeve, giving it the durability and texture that makes delrin such a fabulous material for off string play. This has been prototyped for a long time, but now it's a polished, finished product and ready for mass consumption.
The Satellite's construction is a new concept in the off string world, with a thin delrin body sheathing the inner metal body. The construction has great rigidity and durability, but a small amount of space between the metal and plastic parts acts as a buffer zone, absorbing shocks when the yo-yo is dropped and hits the ground. The result is a tough yo-yo that still performs incredibly wdell, with long sleep times and great control. Whether it's regeneration, recapture, boingy boingy or long combo tricks, this yo-yo will help you land them with ease and keep you looking good the whole time.
